Creme Chantilly is reliably made in Japan! This set includes a cute headband with a large ribbon and a frilly tutu. The headband ribbon and skirt both feature tulle lace, making it very girlish. You can use them together as a set or individually to expand your coordination options. Off-white features small black polka dots on a white base, purple has a subdued floral pattern, and pink has a cute print with distinctive red flowers. The tulle lace on the headband is black only for off-white, and off-white for purple and pink. The tulle lace on the skirt is off-white for all colors. The belt part of the tutu is made of 100% cotton satin, giving it a luxurious feel, and is black for off-white, off-white for purple, and light baby pink for pink. Both the headband and tutu are elastic and stretch, fitting sizes 80-90cm, which is another recommended feature as they can be used for a long time. *Purple and pink are made of soft lawn fabric, while off-white is lawn fabric with a washer finish.
